Refund & Digital Product Policy

At IskolarPlaybook™, we aim to provide students with high-quality guides, kits, and merch. This Refund & Digital Product Policy explains when refunds or replacements may apply.


1. Digital Products (Playbooks, Kits, Downloads)

  • All digital products (such as toolkits, planners, guides, or e-books) are delivered instantly after purchase.
  • Because of the instant nature of these downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
  • If you experience a technical issue (e.g., broken file, download error), please contact us and we’ll resend or replace the file at no extra cost.

2. Physical Products (Scholar Merch & Other Items)

  • We only accept refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To process your request, please provide:
    • Order number
    • Photo of the damaged/defective item
    • Short description of the issue

3. Refund & Replacement Process

  2. Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  3. If approved, we will:
    • Replace the item (if stock is available), or
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method (for physical items only).

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier or factors outside our control
