At IskolarPlaybook™, we aim to provide students with high-quality guides, kits, and merch. This Refund & Digital Product Policy explains when refunds or replacements may apply.
1. Digital Products (Playbooks, Kits, Downloads)
- All digital products (such as toolkits, planners, guides, or e-books) are delivered instantly after purchase.
- Because of the instant nature of these downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
- If you experience a technical issue (e.g., broken file, download error), please contact us and we’ll resend or replace the file at no extra cost.
2. Physical Products (Scholar Merch & Other Items)
- We only accept refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To process your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Photo of the damaged/defective item
- Short description of the issue
3. Refund & Replacement Process

- Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, we will:
- Replace the item (if stock is available), or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method (for physical items only).
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delayed delivery caused by courier or factors outside our control
